Bungalow Alterations & Extension, Cambridgeshire

 

Our property developer client came to us with an existing bungalow which was in almost derelict condition and in desperate need of attention.

 

The proposal sought to provide a small clad extension offering an additional dining room and open plan living. Extensive alterations were carried out to the internal layout and allow more natural light into spaces, and restore the building's condition. Externally, extensive works were done to remove scrub and provide areas of both soft and hard landscaping.

 

Planning and building control approval was successfully gained from the local authority on the clients behalf.
