How we Work
Most people we speak to and work with have never used an architect before and can be a little confused and
anxious about how the process works. We will always design based on your wants, needs and budget. Our approach is tailored to the individual requirements of each of our clients, and we will use our experience and skills to help provide solutions that seek to exceed expectations.
We try to keep it as simple as possible, and will be here to answer any questions you may have along the way.
In simple terms, following our appointment, our design process follows the format below (click to expand)
- We will respond to you as quickly as we can, typically within 24 hours.
- We will take some details from you, and arrange an initial consultation (free of charge) at the property
- We will then provide you with a written fee proposal and a breakdown of services we will provide for you at each stage.
- Simply sign and return the fee proposal forms to complete our appointment.
- We can then start work on providing you with the services which will make your project come to life!
Our Fees
Each architectural project provides different challenges and requirements, and as such we don't typically provide a 'one fee suits all' type of package. This means that you will always receive a fee proposal that is reflective of the work involved, and will not be overcharged. We pride ourselves on our client service, and this includes providing excellent value.
