A complex project to demolish 2 existing buildings whilst retaining the existing front facade. This was a planning condition owing to the site sitting within a prominent city centre conservation area.

 

This facade would be subsequently integrated into a new prefabricated structure.

The project provided 13 new residential apartments on floors 1-4, with a ground floor restaurant.
