New Houses, Halstead
The existing site was home to a disused baptist church on a prominent corner of a residential street.
The building had fallen into dereliction and was beginning to be the victim of anti social behaviour.
Planning had been achieved to replace the church with two pairs of semi detached properties.

The houses have been built to a very high standard of thermal performance that surpasses Building Regulations requirements, and therefore ensures that the properties are both future proofed and maintain a high standard of living for the occupants.
Project Completed March 2023.
CGI's by Michaels Property Consultants

The four new 2 bedroom houses feature an asymmetrically pitched roof, directly responding to the neighbouring properties on the street.
MTPPA were appointed by a private developer to produce a Building Regulations package for the project, whilst also working to discharge a number of related planning conditions.
