Bungalow Extension, Norfolk
The existing property featured a primary elevation with a stepped aesthetic and porch. The main front door faced sideways, and didnt give a clear traditional front of house appearance.
The works saw this stepped elevation altered, and new porch sitting proud of the main building elevation as a more traditional approach for the vernacular.
Our private clients sought to provide a side extension featuring a new play room and sun room, as well as internal alterations to provide an enlarged open plan kitchen, dining and living room.
Planning and building control approval was successfully gained from the local authority on the clients behalf.
The works were completed to a high standard, and have also provided additional courtyard seating and planting areas allowing a better connection to the rear garden from the new extension.
