Bungalow Extension, Norfolk

 

Our private clients sought to provide an extension featuring a new play room, sun room, enlarged kitchen and new entrance porch. The existing front facade and porch are stepped. The works saw this stepped elevation altered, and new porch sitting proud of the main building elevation as a more traditional approach for the vernacular.  

 

Planning and building control approval was successfully gained from the local authority on the clients behalf.
