Working closely with the main contractor, MTPPA were appointed to produce building regulations drawings and oversee the site works.

The project converted a large former printing warehouse into a new Airhop leisure and recreation facility, with a new cafe situated on the new mezzanine level.

The new layout provides a range of activities including augmented reality games, reaction walls, obstacle courses, battle beams, laser tag and sports such as 5a-side football, dodgeball and basketball.

MTPPA worked closely alongside a number of external consultants to ensure that the space met all regulations, which included the addition of functional spaces such as new staircases, refuges and toilet facilities.
